Couldn't speak higher of Melissa Bell. Melissa has sold two houses for me with an average time on market of 2.5 days. I have purchased two properties with Melissa and each were in sales pending status and fell through and Melissa help me swoop in and make the deal. Melissa is thorough, thoughtful and communicative. I followed Melissa to Crye-Leike as she is results driven. With our first deal being made in 2016, we stay in touch, staying current in selling and purchase plans. Melissa was very patient with us during the initial phase as I was met with several challenges not related to the home search. Once we were able to dedicate time to the home search, she worked with us to customize our search criteria to find the best home. The issue I had with Crye-Leike was while Melissa was out of town. I tried contacting the office for assistance with a potential home but I did not receive a call for over a week and the home was off the market by the time Melissa returned.

Melissa was outstanding as an agent. Even after closing she was very thoughtful-she brought welcome gifts the day I moved in, and brought a home cooked meal the next day. I appreciated all the work she did-always asked if I had any questions, and answered phone anytime I called/texted her. Great!
